It is not time, but the demands you place upon it
Everyone appears to have a problem with time. We certainly strive to control it. We wish to make it do what we want from it. It has to fit us uniquely. We demand it to always be cognisant of us and our needs. It must at all times be willing to adapt to our needs. It gets blamed if we’ve forgotten, gets blamed for our thoughtlessness, gets blamed for the natural evolution of our decaying bodies, and forced into silence about our understanding of our past and manipulating time to gain insight into the future.
Of course it’s a conspiracy – as time is our only understanding that it is leaving and we have a shortage of it.
I though, appreciate it simply as…
It is NOT time itself, but our demands we place upon it.
