Failure can only hold you back if you do not know how to restart

The problem with reaching out to success – is that it is a reach. It might be a step too far to fill the void left of the feeling and state of failing and not the actual failing, which includes the trauma of taking a risk all over and the need to start again.
The void in between these two are the process of restarting and it befalls most people, identifying as failures or one who failed. While I acknowledge that no one anywhere would identify with being a failure, they would however feel those emotions about failing or being a failure.
How to kickstart this process?
- Identify that you have stopped or come to a standstill
- Understand that sometimes the fastest and biggest systems need a stasis period to recover or to be repaired
- Enthuse yourself that you can define how long that stasis last
- Realize you can change that state into how it could feel differently when you would have the success you envisage
- Tease out all the benefits for success and gather as much evidence for this
- Set the little steps you need out very explicitly and tire of knowing each one to a T.
- Know that each step will fight you and would rather wish to stay where it knows its ‘safe space’
- Understand that each step lead to the next and like a domino run, you ONLY have to take the first step as you know each by heart
